According to reports, a woman wearing a burqa made threats against Salim Khan, referencing the imprisoned gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. This incident is a follow-up to a previous event where it’s claimed that a group carried out actions ordered by Bishnoi and targeted Salman Khan’s home in Bandra with gunfire.

As reported by ETimes, Salman Khan’s father, Salim Khan, has filed a complaint with the Bandra Police regarding an incident that took place at the Bandra promenade, close to the Windemere building. While Salim Khan was relaxing on a bench following his walk, a man riding a scooter and a woman wearing a burqa approached him. They circled back on the scooter and addressed Salim Khan, referencing the gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, and asked if they should contact him, saying “Should I call Lawrence Bishnoi?

Law enforcement officials reviewed security camera video to identify those involved in the incident and have submitted a report on the case. A police insider revealed that the event was actually a harmless prank perpetrated by a pair of individuals, who have since been apprehended. It’s important to note that this couple has no prior history of criminal activity.

In April, an upsetting event occurred at the residence of the actor known as Sikandar in Bandra, where several shots were discharged. As reported by India Today, Salman recalled hearing a noise akin to a firework going off when unknown assailants fired at his Galaxy Apartment. His guards alerted him about the situation around 4:55 a.m.

Salman pointed out that there had been past attempts to injure him and his kin. He highlighted that Lawrence Bishnoi had declared on social media that he was responsible for the attack, suggesting that it was likely that Bishnoi’s group was involved in the shooting. The actor underscored that this wasn’t the first time the Bishnoi gang had made attempts against him and his family. He stressed that their objective was to assassinate him and his kin while they were peacefully asleep.

In addition, Salman Khan shared an account of an incident that occurred in 2022. During this time, his father, renowned writer Salim Khan, discovered a menacing letter on a park bench near their apartment. Furthermore, he mentioned a threatening email sent to him and his family in March 2023. This email originated from Lawrence Bishnoi, resulting in a complaint being submitted by Salman’s team at the Bandra police station.

Law enforcement authorities in Mumbai have granted him Y-plus level protection. Over the course of the investigation, six suspects were apprehended, one of whom tragically took his own life while in police detention. In all, 17 individuals, including Lawrence Bishnoi who is currently incarcerated at Sabarmati jail in Ahmedabad, have been linked to the case. Anmol Bishnoi, Lawrence’s brother, has already confessed to being involved in the incident.
