So far, it has been confirmed that Diljit Dosanjh is part of the Indian delegation attending the MET Gala 2025, representing our country. He’s been exciting fans by revealing some gifts he received from the organizers. Later, he posted a query asking his followers for ideas on what he should wear: “MET Gala. What should I wear?” (translated as “What should I put on for the MET Gala?”)

A short while later, the Naina singer shared a video on his Instagram Stories, displaying an invitation from the gala’s team sent to him. He also showcased a delightful tray of desserts that were delivered to his hotel room as a warm welcome. In the clip, the Punjabi singer jokingly mentioned that he has received many wedding invitations before, but the one that just arrived was the one he had been eagerly anticipating.
The invitation card lists the name of the event’s honorary and co-chair, and it’s important to note that using mobile phones or recording devices inside the museum is not allowed during the evening. Additionally, the card indicates that the theme is “Superfine: Tailoring black style” on Monday, May 5th, at 5:30 PM, and the dress code is formal tailored attire.
Using a humorous tone, the famous figure mentioned that the event organizers have been delivering champagne to his room in large buckets filled with ice. However, since there’s no one around to consume it, the champagne is simply melting away. Despite this, he acknowledged that they are being looked after quite well.
