Her portrayal of Wendy Torrance in The Shining is etched into my memory, and her nominations for Tall Tales & Legends and Shelley Duvall’s Bedtime Stories are testaments to her undeniable talent.

At this year’s Emmy Awards, the In Memoriam segment honored many cherished actors, writers, and creatives who passed away, except for Shelley Duvall, a previous Emmy nominee. Amidst the excitement as top-tier shows receive their well-deserved recognition from peers, the In Memoriam section serves as a poignant pause, allowing us to reflect on the talented individuals in our industry who are no longer with us.
