Disney Drops Official Trailer for Upcoming ‘Snow White’ Live-Action

As a long-time Disney enthusiast with a soft spot for fairy tale retellings, I must say that the latest live-action remake of “Snow White” has me absolutely giddy! The trailer is simply enchanting and the casting is spot on – especially Rachel Zegler as Snow White. Her voice is nothing short of magical, and I can’t wait to see her shine alongside the dwarfs and Gal Gadot’s wickedly delightful portrayal of the evil queen.

Disney has unveiled the official trailer for its upcoming live-action reimagining of Snow White, starring Rachel Zegler in the title role. Her voice harmonizes beautifully with the seven dwarfs, while Gal Gadot menacingly reprises her role as the wicked queen.

Under the guidance of director Marc Webb, the movie represents Disney’s latest retelling of the 1937 animated original Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The narrative mirrors the well-known plotline, chronicling Snow White’s journey following her mother, a jealous and wicked queen, who issues a command for her assassination. Fleeing from the evil queen in the forest, Snow White encounters assistance from seven dwarfs residing in their cozy cottage.

Rachel Zegler makes her big-screen comeback, starring in a movie titled West Side Story, following her groundbreaking debut under Steven Spielberg’s direction. Joining her in this film are Gal Gadot, Andrew Burnap, Martin Klebba, and Ansu Kabia. The screenplay for the film was co-written by Greta Gerwig and Erin Cresida Wilson, with the movie set to hit theaters on March 21, 2025. Check out the trailer above for a sneak peek!
