It might surprise you that the creators of classic animated tales and sometimes less successful live-action films, like Disney, were pioneers in utilizing advanced digital effects as early as 1982 with the release of Tron. For enthusiasts of its sequel, Tron: Legacy, the latest season of Disney Speedstorm promises to be thrilling!
The new season of Disney Speedstorm, which begins on March 6th, introduces a plethora of fresh elements to its successful racing launch, drawing inspiration from the milestone film. Characters such as Sam Flynn, Quorra, Rinzler (from Tron), and Zuse (the man from the club in Tron: Legacy) will be joining in, armed with unique neon-infused weaponry, including the famous identity disks.
Instead of racing on the legendary lightcycles, you might find that they utilize fashionable go-karts instead. But don’t let that dishearten you, as there are fresh characters like Kevin Flynn, ISO, Jarvis, and others, along with an entirely new race track to explore!

Indeed, despite the disappointing absence in the latest season of Disney Speedstorm, the show more than compensates with its exciting offerings. In Season 12, aptly named “On the Grid,” the characters you mentioned will make their racing debuts, each armed with unique weaponry and special abilities known as ultimates for a total of four.
