Following the Kendrick Lamar feud, Drake’s collaborative NOCTA line with Nike has been relatively calm. Although there are rumors of a new “White/Colbalt Tint” Air Force 1 Low coming out next year, we now have a sneak peek at an “Eggplant” colorway for the recently released Hot Step 2. As part of his NOCTA project, the Hot Step 2 is the latest sneaker to hit stores this year.
In a sneak peek of the new “Eggplant” version, the shoe adopts a single color scheme with a striking purple hue. The upper’s distinct texture and blend of materials are accentuated by this shade. NOCTA branding is featured on the tongue and may also appear on the sockliner.
Currently, neither Drake nor Nike have announced a release date for the “Eggplant” version of NOCTA’s Hot Step 2 sneakers. Keep an eye out for future information, including more images, as we anticipate it to become available later this year through Nike SNKRS and selected stores at a price tag of $200 USD.
