Drake's Upcoming Gordo Collab Has an Official Release Date

As a long-time fan of both Drake and Gordo, I’m beyond excited for their latest collaboration! Their previous hits like “Sticky,” “Massive,” and “Rich Baby Daddy” have always been among my favorites. I still remember the buzz around Drake’s album “Honestly, Nevermind,” which broke records on Apple Music and had Gordo’s production all over it.

As a long-time fan of both Drake and Gordo, I’m thrilled to hear about their upcoming collaboration! Their past hits like “Sticky,” “Massive,” and “Rich Baby Daddy” have always been some of my favorites. I still remember the excitement when Gordo played a significant role in Drake’s “Honestly, Nevermind,” which broke records on Apple Music and became the biggest dance album ever within the first hour of its release. It was an unforgettable moment for music fans like me, and I can only imagine what they will create together this time. Can’t wait to listen to their new track!

I’m excited to share that I’ve just revealed the complete tracklist for my upcoming album, “Diamante,” on Instagram! The second song is called “Sideways” and includes a collaboration with Drake. He’s not only featured in this track but has also been working behind the scenes as a consultant for the entire project. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, I shared my appreciation for Drake’s impact on the album, saying, “This is it – this is what you should listen to, and this is what I listen to. He’s riding for me that heavy, letting the world know, and that says a lot.” Fans can expect a diverse range of genres in “Diamante,” with contributions from artists like Feid, T-Pain, Leon Bridges, Maluma, and many more.

During the interview, Gordo spoke about the ongoing Kendrick Lamar versus Drake debate and its potential impact on their musical legacies. He bluntly stated, “Let’s ignore all the distractions with what’s going on currently. Drake is just being Drake.” So far, only the tracks for Kendrick Lamar’s album, except for the last one, have been disclosed. This has left fans curious if Drake will be featured on the album a second time.

Look out for Gordo’s new album arriving on July 26 at midnight.
