Bobby Deol is getting ready for the launch of the eagerly awaited Ek Badnaam Aashram Season 3 Part 2. Prior to its debut, the actor revealed in a recent interview about a tough period in his career, acknowledging that he faced difficulties in adjusting to the industry’s shifting trends. Deol added, “Many roles that should have been mine didn’t come to me, as the system was evolving.”
During an interview with Hollywood Reporter India, Bobby Deol shared some insights about a time when his film career wasn’t as successful. He acknowledged that just wishing or visualizing success isn’t enough, you actually have to put in the hard work to achieve it.
He mentioned that even though he’d found success, he never allowed it to inflate his ego, maintaining a mindset that there was still plenty of space for others in the field. Yet, he admitted that he hadn’t fully grasped just how fiercely competitive the industry was at that point in time.
As a child of renowned actor Dharmendra and brother to Sunny Deol, Deol admitted that his upbringing provided him with an insular perspective towards the intricate web of connections within the film industry, choosing not to participate in these networking dynamics.
He acknowledged that numerous parts originally intended for him ended up being given to others as the system developed, a practice that involved actors directly approaching movie directors for employment – something he was not accustomed to doing due to his upbringing.
Bobby Deol openly acknowledged that he’s regretted certain decisions in his acting career, finding it challenging to keep pace with the ever-changing nature of the movie business.
He admitted to having faced a challenging period in his life, then understood the importance of proactively searching for chances. This involved reaching out to filmmakers, expressing his readiness to contribute. He also mentioned that he found nothing wrong with this method.
Simultaneously, the official summary of Ek Badnaam Aashram Season 3 Part 2 unveils that justice is finally meted out as the Baba is imprisoned. Pammi triumphs and reasserts her position in the Ashram, while Bhopa Swami takes over as the new leader, initiating a new phase marked by deceit, revenge, and potential redemption.
This coming season will showcase a group of talented actors, such as Bobby Deol, Tridha Choudhury, Aaditi Pohankar, Darshan Kumaar, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Sachin Shroff, Anurita Jha, and Rajeev Siddhartha.
Under the direction of Prakash Jha, the much-awaited second part of Ek Badnaam Aashram Season 3 will debut on February 26, 2025, only on Amazon’s streaming platform, MX Player.
