Although the final film didn’t falter, it doesn’t necessarily mean that other Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) productions haven’t faced their own challenges. Despite the immense popularity of the franchise, recent releases like “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” and “The Marvels” have struggled to meet expectations, breaking a long-standing trend of box office success for Disney’s superhero series. Interestingly, Elizabeth Olsen wasn’t featured in either of these underperforming films, so she couldn’t foresee the disappointing reception at their premieres. However, this demonstrates that any movie can experience low performance, making Olsen’s apprehension quite reasonable.
