Both Officer Reynolds, played by B, and Officer Chandler, portrayed by Ethan Slater, have been delightful additions. Furthermore, Carrie Preston’s character has been intriguing as she navigates her role among them, and I must say, I’ve found myself drawn to her performance.

It’s great news that Ethan Slater will be back for the Season 2 finale! It would be fantastic if he decides to stay on. The dynamic between him and Elsbeth was terrific, and I enjoy the thought of her having a companion who could match or even surpass her energy levels. Given that Elsbeth has been renewed for another season, I’m optimistic that this could become a reality.

At the moment, it appears that Elsbeth, Kaya, and their team are navigating through a transitional phase of discomfort as they adapt to filling her former role since she’s now a detective.
