The iconic vacation spot in Florida, Universal Orlando Resort, encompasses three main attractions: Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Volcano Bay. Starting May 22, 2025, visitors will be able to delve into five brand new realms at Universal’s Epic Universe – the first American theme park to debut in many years.

Absolutely, exploring places such as Darkmoor Village (the home of Universal’s iconic monster collection), Isle of Berk (a land where humans and dragons coexist peacefully), or zooming around in karts with Mario and friends at Super Nintendo World can definitely make you feel hungry. Luckily, the park’s skilled culinary team has prepared a wide variety of dishes and drinks for visitors to savor.

If you’re seeking a place to savor a meal, Celestial Park in Epic Universe might be your ideal spot, boasting nearly half of all dining choices available. Here, visitors can dine at The Atlantic, an eatery themed around the ocean and located near Neptune’s Pool, or the Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant which offers a unique setting beneath a starry artificial sky and the radiant glow of two neon dragons, among other options. Some dining choices include:

Atlantic Sea Bass served with delicate carrot mochi, crisp sugar snap peas, a fragrant lemongrass broth, and starfruit slices – a harmonious blend of sweet, fresh, and crunchy flavors.

A Beach-Style Snickerdoodle Dessert for Sea Voyagers of Every Age from The Atlantic – This delightful dessert is inspired by the beach, serving snickerdoodle cake within a beach pail, topped with cookie butter ganache, encircled by Biscoff cookie crumbs that mimic sand, and adorned with gummy shark garnishes.

The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant offers Tonkotsu Ramen: Soft ramens submerged in a luscious pork stock, featuring succulent slices of chashu pork, seasoned soft-boiled egg, earthy shiitake mushrooms, and aromatic togarashi oil.

At The Oak & Star Tavern, you’ll find a platter featuring Mango Bread and Pickles as the appetizer. For the main course, diners can opt for smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, or herb-infused spit-roasted chicken. To complement your selection, choose among side dishes such as braised greens, mac and cheese, and others.

The “Harvest Moon” pizza at Pizza Moon offers a delightful plant-based experience, boasting a base of tomato sauce, tender grilled artichoke hearts, plump Divina tomatoes, and vibrant roasted red peppers. It’s then adorned with Castlevetrano olives and fresh, peppery arugula.

As a cocktail enthusiast, I’d highly recommend these exquisite concoctions if you’re seeking a beverage to complement your evening. For instance, The Atlantic offers the elegant Grand Atlantic Martini (a harmonious blend of dry gin, aperitif wine, and a luxurious lemon twist). Or perhaps, Celestiki’s Waturi Punch, a vibrant mix of rum, bitters, and tropical fruit juice, will tickle your fancy. Lastly, The Oak & Star Tavern presents the Plastered Owl, a robust blend of dark rye whiskey, simple syrup, cherry syrup, lemon juice, garnished with fresh lemon wedges and plump, muddled cherries. Enjoy!

Visitors of all ages can take delight in the Khaosan Boba from the Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant (offering Thai-flavored milk tea, coffee boba, and creamy coffee foam) or the Meteor Strike cocktail at Bar Zenith (containing light rum, triple sec, zesty lime, pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda, and gold glitter, served with a flaming sugar cube meteor).
