In this age when streaming services are thriving, Tubi consistently proves itself as a top choice for watching movies. From timeless Westerns featuring John Wayne to pulse-pounding action thrillers, Tubi offers a wide array of options. Notably, they will be adding some outstanding action films to their collection in February 2025.
For the past month, Tubi users have been thoroughly entertained, ranging from Liam Neeson’s famous film “Taken” to the freshly released DC live-action feature starring Blue Beetle. The streaming service has more exciting action films lined up for release, such as Bruce Lee’s legendary martial arts movie and Denzel Washington’s latest offering from a successful franchise. Here is a list of every movie that will be available to stream for free on Tubi starting March 2025.
‘Transporter 3’
Streaming March 1
As a devoted fan, I can confidently say that “Transporter” stands out among the greatest action franchises ever, despite not always reaching commercial success. Starring the talented Jason Statham as Frank Martin, a former Special Forces operative turned private driver, this series has delivered four thrilling films spanning from 2002 to 2015. This coming March, Tubi will enrich its collection by adding “Transporter 3” – a chance for fans like me to revisit one of Statham’s most memorable roles.
In three days, Transporter 3 will be streaming on Tubi, where Frank finds himself assigned to chaperone Valentina, the kidnapped daughter of a high-ranking Ukrainian official. His mission takes him from Marseilles to Odessa via the Black Sea, a voyage fraught with danger as he battles numerous assassins intent on thwarting their journey.
‘Enter the Dragon’
Streaming March 1
Enter the Dragon, starring the legendary Bruce Lee, is often referred to as the Citizen Kane of martial arts films, pioneering a new standard for movies in this genre. With a staggering profit of over $400 million on a budget of merely $800,000, it’s one of the most financially successful films ever made. The movie tells the story of a Shaolin martial artist who is covertly enlisted by an intelligence agency to infiltrate a tournament hosted by Han on his island, where suspicions run high that something beyond mere fighting competition is taking place. Directed by Robert Clouse, Enter the Dragon showcases Bruce Lee at the height of his abilities, making it not only a groundbreaking martial arts film but also one of the greatest films ever produced. It will be available on Tubi starting March 1, 2025.
’12 Rounds’
Streaming March 1
12 Rounds,” directed by Renny Harlin (known for “Die Hard 2”), delivers a pulse-pounding, action-packed thriller with John Cena in the lead role. While the storyline initially appears similar to Keanu Reeves’ “Speed,” the execution sets it apart, showcasing some of the director’s talents from the “Die Hard” series. Notably, John Cena performed his own stunts and trained alongside the New Orleans Police Department, resulting in some of the most impressive action sequences seen in recent cinema. The official summary of “12 Rounds” goes as follows:
In a twist of events in New Orleans, police officer Danny Fisher (played by John Cena) thwarts a skilled burglar from completing his latest theft. Unintended consequences lead to the death of the thief’s girlfriend. Seeking vengeance, this cunning criminal mastermind manages an escape from prison and abducts Danny’s fiancée. To rescue her, Danny must skillfully overcome a complex sequence of challenges and riddles, or else face the tragic loss of his beloved partner.
On March 1, 2025, you’ll find the action-packed movie “12 Rounds” featuring Ashley Scott, Aidan Gillen, and Steve Harris, streaming on Tubi.
‘The Equalizer 1 & 2’
Streaming March 1
The “Equalizer” series is a long-lasting franchise that encompasses a movie trilogy and two television programs (one original and a reboot), all stemming from Michael Sloan’s popular book series with the same title. For those who haven’t ventured into the “Equalizer” universe, Tubi is set to broadcast the initial two films of the trilogy starting March 1. Since the TV shows and movies exist in separate worlds, watching the film trilogy won’t leave you behind on the storyline.
In the storyline, Robert McCall (played by Denzel Washington), a former military operative, stages his demise to break free from his previous life. Yet, when one of his cherished associates is brutally attacked by a Russian thug, he comes out of retirement to protect her. But the question remains: just how far will his retribution stretch?
By the way, “The Equalizer 1 & 2” will be available for streaming as of March 1st!
