TopMob was the pioneer in announcing that Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal are collaborating for the first time under the direction of Sanjay Leela Bhansali in a movie titled “Love And War.” Initially, we shared with our audience that Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal will portray Indian Armed Force officers, while Alia Bhatt will play a cabaret dancer. Subsequently, TopMob disclosed that Ranbir Kapoor commenced shooting for Love And War from November 7 in Mumbai, with Vicky Kaushal joining the set by November 15. Now, we can exclusively confirm that the trio of Love And War has already embarked on their cinematic journey with this Sanjay Leela Bhansali production.
Based on insider reports, Alia Bhatt kicked off the filming of Love And War in Mumbai from November 19th. Yesterday marked the beginning of shooting for Alia, as she filmed her individual scenes first. The joint scenes with both Ranbir and Vicky are set to start at the end of November. A source disclosed this information, stating additionally that Alia has reserved a large number of dates for Love And War, and won’t be working on any other film until the end of November 2025.
The SLB production is preparing for a release on Eid 2026, and the innovative movie maker intends to finish filming his grand love story combining romance, drama, and action by October 2025. Meanwhile, Ranbir will be dividing his time between shooting “Love And War” and the Ramayana series. Alia and Vicky have reserved a significant amount of dates throughout an entire year for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s project.
