BTS is heading to bookshelves this September.
A renowned seven-piece K-Pop band is the focus of an upcoming release from Little Golden Book Biographies: “BTS: A Little Golden Book Biography.” This captivating biography, penned by Jan Ann and beautifully illustrated by Hyesung Park, aims to familiarize young readers with BTS towards the end of this year.
This book, titled BTS: A Little Golden Book Biography, highlights and pays tribute to the amazing voyage of BTS’s members – RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook – by narrating their story, from sharing a small one-bedroom dorm in their early years to filling stadiums globally with sold-out tours, as stated in the announcement.
2023 looks set to be an exciting time for BTS and their global fanbase known as ARMY. At present, J-Hope is traversing the globe on his solo tour, while Jin is getting ready to launch his own world trek. It’s anticipated that the entire BTS group will come together again later this year once all seven members have completed their military duties.
In October 2022, BTS held a monumental free concert called “Yet to Come” in Busan, South Korea. This event, aimed at backing Busan’s bid for the 2030 World Expo, attracted an enormous number of ARMY (BTS fans) from various parts of the globe. Following their performance, BigHit Music declared that each of the seven group members would soon be completing their mandatory military service. They stated it was an opportune time and expressed their honor to serve. Jin, the oldest member, was discharged in June 2024, while J-Hope followed him in October 2024.
The Little Golden Book biography collection presents toddlers with the lives of musicians, influential figures, and sports stars, as stated in a press announcement. Previously, this series has published books about Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Dolly Parton, among others.
