In a recent interview with TopMob, Nani spoke about his upcoming film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. During the conversation, he was asked if there might be a sequel to Eega, and whether discussions about this had taken place with director SS Rajamouli or writer Vijayendra Prasad.
In reference to the topic at hand, Nani playfully inquired of Rajamouli, “I’ve never directly asked Vijayendra Prasad, but jokingly many times, I’ve asked you, ‘What gives? You said I’d return – when are we returning?’ You replied, ‘Even if we return, it’s the fly who returns; I don’t need you.'”
“Eega is a truly unique concept that, if released today, would undoubtedly capture global attention. Director Rajamouli has a knack for following his instincts, so whenever inspiration strikes him, I’m confident he’ll pour all of his energy into it. Known as The Natural Star, he confirmed that he will unveil details about his next movie in September. Moreover, he subtly hinted that when the next announcement is made, fans will finally get insights into the long-awaited movie, HIT 3.
Beyond this, the performer has reinforced his upcoming collaboration with Dasara’s director Srikanth Odela, as previously mentioned under the potential title Nani 33. To clear up speculation, he has also verified that a movie directed by Saaho’s Sujeeth is still in development.
Actor Nani is gearing up to release his highly anticipated film, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram on August 29, 2024. This movie, directed by Vivek Athreya, who previously worked with him on Ante Sundaraniki, is an action-packed vigilante flick. SJ Suryah and Priyanka Arul Mohan will be playing the lead roles in this production.
In this rephrased version, the movie portrays the story of a hot-tempered young man named Surya. His anger often leads him to take revenge against those who cross him. A significant portion of the film concentrates on his life as he confronts a corrupt police officer, presenting a moral conflict.
