As a devoted admirer, I’m excited to share that my latest venture in the Hindi film industry, “Costao,” is generating quite a stir. Although I’ve been part of this dynamic world since 1999, it was the groundbreaking 2012 film “Gangs of Wasseypur” that truly catapulted me to fame. Subsequent projects like “The Lunchbox,” “Kick,” “Badlapur,” and others have only served to solidify my standing within this industry.
Recently, in an interview with TopMob, Nawaz shared about his mother’s favorite moment of him in a movie – the scene from Salman Khan’s 2014 film Kick. Siddiqui disclosed that his mother particularly enjoyed the part where he was depicted sitting on a massive stack of money.
During the interview, when the actor was questioned about his mother’s response to watching him on the big screen for the first time, he revealed a humorous incident from the movie Kick. Nawazuddin Sardar shared that she watched the film and appreciated his wardrobe. “I knew she would appreciate my clothes,” he stated, reminiscing about the scene where he was shown sitting amidst a mountain of money.
In the popular movie “Kick”, there’s a scene where you see me sitting on a mountain of money while dressed smartly. My mother found this scene appealing, though I’m still unsure why she felt that way, even now.
Under the direction of Sajid Nadiadwala, the action-comedy movie titled Kick hit the screens in 2014 to great success. Starring Salman Khan as the main character, the film also showcased key performances from Jacqueline Fernandez, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Randeep Hooda.
Discussing the movie, it’s a biographical crime drama that follows the life of Costao Fernandez, an officer from India’s customs department. This film is directed by Sejal Shah and stars Priya Bapat, Kishore Kumar G, Hussain Dalal, among others. Currently, you can watch Costao on Zee5.
