From Golmaal to Singham, each of his films has left an indelible mark on my heart, making me laugh till my sides ache. So, when I heard about the potential sequel to All The Best: Fun Begins, I couldn’t contain my excitement!

Released in 2009, “All The Best: Fun Begins” is one of Rohit Shetty’s most successful comedies. With Singham Again garnering much acclaim, Shetty has hinted at a possible sequel to All The Best, titled All The Best 2.

In a recent special session at TopMob Masterclass, Rohit Shetty disclosed that he frequently receives questions regarding the follow-up to All The Best: Fun Begins, a movie he directed in 2009 which starred Ajay Devgn, Fardeen Khan, and Sanjay Dutt.

Rohit Shetty shared, “I’ve been conducting interviews and engaging with the younger generation, and all of a sudden, ‘All The Best’ is gaining a cult-like following. I’ve been hearing phrases such as ‘Why aren’t you making All The Best?’ and ‘Don’t just relax like that’,” from fans.

During the same conversation, Ajay Devgn, who portrayed Prem Chopra in All The Best, described it as a “really humorous movie.

All The Best: Fun Begins” is fondly remembered for its talented ensemble cast, hilarious dialogue, and exceptional acting. Notably, Bipasha Basu and Mugdha Godse were the leading ladies in this film. Bipasha shared screen time with Ajay Devgn, while Mugdha portrayed Fardeen Khan’s romantic interest on-screen.

In the film, Fardeen took on the role of Veer Kapoor. Sanjay Dutt portrayed his older brother, Dharam Kapoor. Bipasha assumed two roles: Jhanvi Chopra and the Princess of Lesotho. Mughda’s character was given the name Vidya. Ashwini Kalsekar, Sanjay Mishra, Johnny Lever, Mukesh Tiwari, and Asrani played significant parts in this humorous production.

Currently, Rohit Shetty’s latest film Singham Again is competing with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 for top spot at the box office. Starring Ajay Devgn, the police drama has been performing well in cinemas thus far. The cast also includes Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff.

Rohit Shetty is particularly renowned for two series, the Cop Universe and the Golmaal collection.
