As a long-time fan and follower of Bollywood, I can confidently say that witnessing the behind-the-scenes antics of Salman Khan during his cameo for Baby John was an unforgettable experience. The way he effortlessly commanded the set while still maintaining a playful demeanor was truly inspiring.
Salman Khan boasts an immense fan base who are consistently thrilled to watch him act, be it in films or brief appearances. Recently, director Atlee disclosed some intriguing stories from the set when Salman came to film his cameo for the movie starring Varun Dhawan as Baby John. Atlee shared that Salman displayed a regal demeanor, symbolizing his dominant presence on set, while he enjoyed himself and playfully nicknamed Atlee as Bruce Lee’s sibling.
In an exclusive chat with TopMob, Atlee mentioned their intention to invite Salman Khan for a cameo during a casual coffee meeting. He explained that he had discussed this idea with co-producer Murad Khetani, who was unaware of it by Varun at the moment. Therefore, they planned to reach out to the actor casually at an appropriate time in the future.
To the astonishment of the young film director, Khetani revealed the following morning that he had previously paid a visit to the superstar’s residence. Quickly afterward, the superstar consented to make an appearance in the film.
The idea was exciting for Atlee but made him nervous because they had not prepared the scene for Salman Khan’s cameo. However, he was grateful for the actor’s generosity and agreed to it.
