Based on reports from individuals privy to the negotiations, it appears that Sidharth Malhotra is in deep discussions with Ekta Kapoor regarding a future film project. This movie will be helmed by Deepak Mishra, renowned for producing Panchayat. As per an insider, Ekta Kapoor and TVF have joined forces to bring engaging yet commercially viable stories to the silver screen. This particular project falls under the agreement between Balaji and TVF, and ongoing conversations are taking place with Sidharth Malhotra.
The source shared that the movie is rich with drama and emotion, taking place against a backdrop steeped in Hindu folklore. Similar to Kantara, the creators plan to provide an extraordinary cinematic experience with this feature film. Sid is scheduled to receive the final script details in November, after which he will officially commit. The production team hopes to start filming in the second half of 2025 following the final narration.
