Fallout Season 2 Set Videos Brings New Vegas to Life

The game series “Fallout” has now earned a place among other successfully adapted video game franchises, as work on its second season is currently being done.

The ending hinted at a return of the show to New Vegas, and some clips of the post-apocalyptic Sin City have surfaced online.

Welcome to New Vegas

Videos featuring various sets from the series were uploaded to the TikTok account @onzo1313, and here’s one example:

A few videos displaying different sets from the series were added to the TikTok account @onzo1313. Here’s a glimpse at one of those videos:

In this video, we see the Lucky 38 building, said to be where Mr. House, the sovereign of New Vegas, runs his operations from. A sign greets guests as they enter The Strip, an area governed by the Three Families – individuals under Mr. House’s command.

The Lucky 38 Tower, an edifice constructed prior to the nuclear explosions, is believed to have stood since then. Legend has it that common folk haven’t set foot within its walls for two centuries.

It remains unclear at this point the nature of Lucy’s father Hank’s association with New Vegas, but there’s widespread belief that he is linked to Mr. House in some way. Moreover, it seems that Hank intends to devise a means to return to his Vault and thwart any obstacles that might complicate their scheme.

The Legacy of Fallout: New Vegas

As a die-hard Fallout enthusiast, I’d have to say that among all the mainline titles developed by Bethesda, the one that truly stands out for me – and many others – is “New Vegas” from Obsidian Entertainment. This game has a special place in the hearts of fans due to its exceptional storytelling and immersive gameplay.

The entire game has received praise for its intricate creation of worlds, and its unique way of letting player decisions shape the storyline has become a benchmark in story-centric video games.

Beyond the Brotherhood of Steel, New Vegas also presented a variety of distinct factions. Notably, the game took great care in showcasing the varying successes and failures of the diverse types of governance that each group represents.

What Can Fans Expect from Season 2?

Regarding Season 2, the strongest hint dropped so far was New Vegas, and fans anticipate spending a considerable part of the plot there. However, there’s also a possibility that further parts of the Wasteland will be explored, given that Lucy and the Ghoul are still on the hunt for Hank. They might need to make some detours along the way to find him.

In Vault 33, Norm discovers just how far down the metaphorical rabbit hole extends for the neighboring Vaults. With growing concern about his father’s intentions, he might seek to reveal those plans before the residents’ predicament deteriorates further.

In this expansive universe, viewers anticipate that fresh factions and alternative hideouts will be unveiled within the narrative. At present, the sole confirmed new characters are Kumail Nanjiani, known for his role in “Silicon Valley,” and Macaulay Culkin, famed for his part in “Home Alone.” It’s speculated that these actors might only make a single appearance, much like Chris Parnell and Fred Armisen did during the first season.

A specific launch date hasn’t been announced for “Fallout” Season 2 yet, but enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating its arrival, likely on Amazon Prime Video sometime in the coming year.
