Fendi Casa, known for its luxury fashion, is now venturing into luxury condominiums. This high-end Italian brand is preparing to unveil its new residential project, a 22-apartment complex, named Avenia, in Aventura, Florida. The company has increased its real estate investments by building this property in South Florida.
In collaboration with Vertical Developments, Fendi Casa introduces Avenia Interiors by Fendi Casa, a new venture that signifies a fresh phase in their journey. The architectural design of their upcoming waterfront luxury complex is anticipated to be headed by Kobi Karp, a Miami-based firm, and L&ND Design for landscaping. This complex will boast 50,000 square feet of lush greenery, featuring a linear park and exterior vertical garden. The residential units are being designed in tandem with The One Atelier. These apartments range from approximately 3,500 square feet and incorporate luxurious details like wood paneling and travertine stone countertops for the kitchen. Each unit will offer three to four bedrooms, walk-in closets, spa bathrooms, and even smart home technologies.
In each unit, you’ll find a starting price of $5 million USD, granting residents access to a wide range of facilities such as cutting-edge fitness centers equipped with Pilates and yoga studios, a spa center, library, game room, a salon for private events, and more. The complex further boasts a rooftop pool and private cabanas. Alberto da Passano, CEO of Fendi Casa, expressed excitement in a statement, “This project marks an essential new phase for Fendi Casa in the realm of interior design. As high-profile projects flourish worldwide, we are delighted to be part of this development, introducing our signature blend of Italian craftsmanship and enduring contemporary charm to Aventura, Florida.” He continued, “Every aspect at Avenia has been carefully selected to create an ambiance that embodies the soul of Fendi Casa, harmoniously blending into the beauty of its surrounding nature. We eagerly anticipate setting a new standard for luxurious living within this remarkable community.
Fendi Casa has previously delved into luxury real estate ventures. They’ve showcased the Fendi Private Residences in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, and the Podo Private Residences in Seoul, both featuring interior designs by Fendi Casa in partnership with architect Dominique Perrault. In Florida, Fendi Casa has also designed two high-end penthouses at the Jem Private Residences tower in Miami, each valued at $8 million USD. The Avenia project is set to complete early in 2027, while the Jem Sky Villas are scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
