After completing his work, things take a dark turn as he is chained up by his nose ring to a ceiling fan before plummeting into a nearby fire. It hints that if you interfere with Death’s plans, things can become quite chaotic, and this seems to be the case for college student Stefanie. Troubled by a recurring nightmare, she returns home in an attempt to find the one person who could potentially end the cycle of impending doom that threatens her family. A recently released synopsis also suggests that “Bloodlines” might feature two timelines, or perhaps open with an elderly woman escaping death some 60 years ago.

In the 1960s, a grandmother foresees the imminent fall of a building and successfully rescues a group from certain death. Fast forward to decades later, her granddaughter starts experiencing visions about her relatives’ demise. Gradually, she comes to understand that there is some sort of pattern or sequence unfolding.
