Find out how Kareena Kapoor got back in shape in less than 9 months after Jeh’s birth without ‘crash diets and crazy workouts’

As an ardent fan of Kareena Kapoor Khan, I must say that her journey through the world of cinema and fitness is nothing short of inspiring! At 44, she not only continues to captivate us with her exceptional acting skills but also sets an exemplary standard for health and wellness.

Kareena Kapoor Khan has just turned 44, and her beauty seems to be maturing like a superior quality wine. The nation is commemorating the actress’s remarkable 25-year career, with more than 60 films under her belt. Although we are aware of Bebo’s love for cinema, what keeps her in top physical shape at this age? Kareena’s personal fitness trainer Anshuka Parwani recently shared some insights with India Today and revealed the secrets behind her fitness routine.

Initially, Anshulka disclosed that Bebo played a significant role in making yoga popular within mainstream culture. She stated, “In my opinion, she’s the one who brought yoga back into style. Particularly during her journey towards achieving her ‘size zero’ body for Tashan, she mentioned practicing 108 Surya namaskars and expressing affection for yoga.” Throughout various stages of her life, Kareena maintained a consistent focus on fitness goals.

Bebo is a mother of two children. She got married to Saif Ali Khan and gave birth to their eldest son, Taimur Ali Khan, on December 20, 2016, and their second son, Jehangir Ali Khan, on February 21, 2021. Anshuka shared insights about Bebo’s training routine before and after her pregnancies.

She mentioned that they engage in various exercises which often involve the use of external weights to challenge themselves. However, after the age of 30 and during certain life stages like postpartum, trying to conceive, or prenatal periods, these exercises undergo changes as they become more limited yet enjoyable activities.

The wellness advisor emphasized that the common belief that new mothers can quickly return to the gym in just 40 days is actually a gradual process. In reference to Kareena, Anshuka mentioned, “I recall after Jeh was born, our goal wasn’t set for immediate postpartum weight loss or intense workouts. Instead, it was about overall wellness. We avoided extreme dieting or strenuous exercise that could lead to injuries or overexertion, focusing on a more balanced approach.

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s most recent release, titled “The Buckingham Murders,” is now playing in cinemas. In this film, she portrays Detective Jaspreet Bhamrah, more commonly known as Jass. The movie, under the direction of Hansal Mehta, is garnering positive reviews from critics.
