Nike Basketball has been bringing back the Kobe series, with the Kobe 4, 6, and 8 Protros being the main focus so far. But it won’t be long before the spotlight shifts to the Kobe 9 Elite Protro, which is expected to be highlighted in this year’s “Halo” all-white colorways. This follows the release of the Kobe 8 Protro in 2023.

Following the appearance of a Nike Kobe 9 Elite Protro “Halo” last month, we are now given an early sneak peek into a low-profile version of the shoe. This white-colored design includes shimmering accents at the Swooshes placed near the midfoot. Much like its high-top counterpart, this “Halo” edition also features black on either side of the extended midsole.

As of now, Nike Basketball has yet to reveal its plans for the Kobe 9 Elite Protro “Halo,” available in both high-top and low-top versions. Keep an eye out for updates, including images of both pairs, as we anticipate the low-top shoe to be released on shelves by September 19. The high-top version is scheduled for release in a few weeks, priced at $210 USD through Nike SNKRS and selected retailers.
