First Look at the PaperBoy Paris x New Balance FuelCell Super Comp Elite V4

As a long-time sneakerhead and Parisian resident, I can confidently say that the collaboration between PaperBoy Paris and New Balance is one of the most exciting releases of the year for me. Having grown up in the Marais neighborhood, I’ve always been a fan of PaperBoy Paris and their unique approach to food and design. When they announced their latest venture into the sneaker world with New Balance, my curiosity was piqued immediately.

People who are in the know about distinctive restaurants in Paris may be aware of PaperBoy Paris. This eatery, located in the Marais district, offers brunch and sandwiches with a Japanese influence. PaperBoy Paris is a modern café, centrally situated in the Marais neighborhood, known for its tasty dishes. What sets PaperBoy apart, though, is their collaborations. Recently, they joined forces with Champion and BEAMS to create a line of jointly branded classics.

For the second time, the lifestyle brand is teaming up with New Balance to enter the sneaker market. They’ve collaborated on a version of the New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Elite V4, scheduled for release in early August. This high-performance running shoe showcases cutting-edge technology, with a white upper accentuated by bold black outlines highlighting the PaperBoy brand’s signature cartoon design. The shoe comes equipped with black laces and the New Balance “N” logo, which rests atop a FuelCell cushioned midsole and the FANTOMFIT upper for a snug fit and sleek appearance. A first glimpse of the upcoming shoe has been shared on Instagram by @sng1980, who represents BEAMS Men’s casual buyers.

On August 4, PaperBoy Paris will exclusively unveil this item. Check back for updates if you’re wondering if it will be made available online at New Balance at a later time.
