As a seasoned gamer who has been chasing sneakers for as long as I can remember, the anticipation for the Nike Dunk High “Wu-Tang” is palpable! My journey started with the Gameboy Advance and now here I am, eyeing a pair that’s got more hype than the latest Fortnite update.
Product Name: Nike Dunk High “Wu-Tang”
News: Approximately two months have passed since Nike hinted at the comeback of its iconic Dunk High “Wu-Tang.” Now, the highly restricted 2024 version of this design, faithfully recreated by atmos, has been revealed. The upper features a blend of black and a yellow “Pollen,” while the hip-hop group’s symbol is displayed on both the lateral heel and tongue tag. The release is anticipated to occur in September through Nike SNKRS and select retailers, with an initial price of $150 USD.
After 25 years, Nike plans to reissue the legendary Wu-Tang Clan Dunk Highs. Initially, only 36 pairs of this highly sought-after collaboration were distributed, and those that hit the resale market could fetch as much as $50,000 USD. Although official photos have not been disclosed yet, both Nike and the Wu have given hints about a color scheme reminiscent of the 1999 original. The shoes are expected to feature a black base with yellow accents, similar to the “Goldenrod” version, and the Wu’s “W” emblem will be embroidered on the lateral ankle. According to Sneaker Files/zsneakerheadsz, the release is expected this Fall, but further details such as the price and retailers are still unknown.
