Florence Pugh Stars in Action-Packed Trailer for Marvel’s ‘Thunderbolts*’

As a gamer with a soft spot for Marvel comics and movies, I must say that the trailer for Thunderbolts* has got me absolutely pumped! The ensemble cast, the action, the intrigue… it’s all just too enticing to resist.

Marvel Studios recently revealed the trailer for their forthcoming production, Thunderbolts. This movie is inspired by the Thunderbolts comic series and follows a team of morally ambiguous characters recruited by the government for covert assignments.

The trailer offers a preview of the action with Florence Pugh starting as Yelena Belova, a member of the Thunderbolts trained as Black Widow. David Harbour appears as Alexei Shostakov, a Russian super-solder who doubles as a father figure to Belova.

“There is something wrong with me… an emptiness,” Belova says in a voiceover.

Joining Pugh and Harbour in the star-studded cast are Hannah John-Kamen, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, Geraldine Viswanathan, Lewis Pullman, and Olga Kurylenko. Jake Schreier directs with Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige as producer.
