As a seasoned traveler and collector of unique accessories, I simply can’t help but be smitten by the RAMIDUS BONSAC by fragment design x RAMIDUS! The blend of functionality, style, and a touch of nostalgia in the Ultrasuede material is absolutely irresistible.
Building upon the success of their initial backpack line, I’m thrilled to be part of the collaboration between Hiroshi Fujiwara and his iconic label, fragment design. This time around, we’ve come together to create a new two-way drawstring pouch, affectionately named the “RAMIDUS BONSAC.”
Featuring the distinctive lightning bolt emblem, this versatile design serves as both a drawstring bag and a shoulder pouch. It offers ample room for carrying items such as a water bottle and a long wallet, according to the brand’s specifications. Much like their past creations, the grab loop tape is intricately woven with logos from both brands. The rest of the design is crafted in all-black Ultrasuede, a plush material first introduced in 1970 and known for its fine fibers that mimic the texture of genuine grain leather.
Inside, you’ll find a compact pocket with a snap fastener, along with a label showcasing the brand name. The rear design includes a slim slot suitable for a mobile phone. The adjustable shoulder strap, spanning from 65cm to 120cm, can be detached, transforming the bag into a straightforward drawstring style.
You can now purchase the RAMIDUS BONSAC, a collaboration between fragment design and RAMIDUS, both on their online store and at their Tokyo outlet. The bag retails for ¥25,300 JPY. Check out its design in the gallery above.
