Fyre Fest 2 Announces Ticketing Partner, Guarantees Refunds

The revamped version of Fyre Festival is all set, offering fresh dates and a collaborating ticket provider that guarantees flexible refund options.

The second installment of Fyre Fest is scheduled from May 30 to June 2, 2025, according to Billboard’s latest report. This comes eight years after the initial Fyre Fest left ticket holders stranded in a chaotic situation in the Bahamas, an event that ultimately led to the festival’s founder, Billy McFarland, admitting guilt for fraud. McFarland is now portraying Fyre Fest 2, which will be held on Isla Mujeres off the coast of Mexico, as a chance for both himself and the brand to make amends.

For primary ticket transactions, Fyre Fest will manage directly. However, for any secondary ticket sales, we’ve teamed up with Austin-based platform SoldOut.com. Meanwhile, the festival logistics will be orchestrated by the Mexican concert production company, LostNights.

The new dates are about a month later than the fest’s initially planned window, April 25-28.

McFarland declared that FYRE Festival 2 will offer an exciting journey into the uncharted territories, providing exceptional, one-time opportunities. The collaboration with SoldOut.com in ticketing ensures a hassle-free experience for our attendees from beginning to end. Soldout.com is a valuable asset to our team, which also includes LostNights – a skilled and accomplished festival organizer.

Andrew Hentrich, President of SoldOut.com, assured customers that if the Fyre Festival gets canceled, they will receive a refund. In other words, any money earned from ticket sales on SoldOut.com for the Fyre Festival is kept safely and won’t be given to the festival organizers until after the event has been successfully held. Additionally, he mentioned that SoldOut.com is fully insured.

Initially, those who asked for refunds due to the cancellation in 2017 were left with only a small fraction of the original amount because the festival filed for bankruptcy.

Tickets for the Fyre Fest 2 event range between $1,400 up to an impressive $25,000. Additionally, McFarland is offering an exclusive package worth $1 million for eight individuals. This premium deal includes lavish villas, a personal yacht marina, and a private jet transportation service to and from Cancun.

No performers have been revealed for the upcoming festival, as reported by Billboard, and it’s been mentioned that neither Fyre Fest nor LostNights reached out to two of the major booking agencies for music festivals.
