As a dedicated Genshin Impact player who’s been sailing the Teyvat seas since its inception, I can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia and gratitude towards MiHoYo for their upcoming “Gift for a New Horizon” event. Four years of adventure, friendship, and countless hours spent exploring the vast world of Teyvat have led me to this moment – receiving a generous helping of Primogems!

In just a few days, Genshin Impact will mark its fourth year since global launch, making it an ideal time for all players to partake in the festivities. An excellent method to do so would be to offer complimentary Primogems and additional rewards!

In a recent announcement, Genshin Impact unveils “A Gift from the Horizon,” a heartfelt token of appreciation to those loyal fans who’ve stood by the action RPG since its launch.

In an outpouring of affection for us, the players, they’re bestowing a generous pile of Primogems gratis! These Primogems serve as our premium currency within the game, allowing us to splurge on various items.

Genshin Impact’s Free Primogems and Other Rewards.

In the introduction of the new region called Natlan within Genshin Impact, there’s a touch of nostalgia, reminiscent of our very first journey in Mondstadt.

As a token of gratitude for our incredible journey together, we’ll be distributing 400 Primogems each day from Saturday, September 28, until Monday, October 1.

For the next four days, gamers have the opportunity to accumulate a grand total of 1,600 Primogems. This is more than enough for a single 10-wish draw, ensuring that at least one four-star item will be obtained within the game.

During its anniversary celebration, Primogems won’t be the sole free offering in Genshin Impact. Additionally, you can get your hands on Fragile Resins, Firstborn Firesprites, and Kaboom Boxes without charge as well.

Furthermore, a fresh, valuable prize has been added: the Sanctifying Elixir. This elixir can be traded in for Artifacts that have specific attributes.

How to Claim the Free Primogems and Other Rewards in Genshin Impact?

Genshin Impact has been generous with rewards since the launch of Version 5.0 on August 28.

Recently, players received a free 5-star unit, 10 free pulls, and 1,000 free Primogems.

A new feature was also introduced, allowing players to earn 400 additional Primogems for completing exploration.

To claim these new free Primogems and other rewards, players can follow these four simple steps:

  • Log in to the game.
  • Check the in-game email from the main menu.
  • Claim the free 400 Primogems over four days.
  • Once these steps are completed, the Primogems will be credited to the player’s account.

Keep in mind that rewards will become invalid after 30 days, so it’s important to claim them promptly. Also, remember that you need to have an Adventure Rank of at least 2 to qualify for all the benefits.

What are Primogems in Genshin Impact?

In Genshin Impact, while banners serve as the primary means for generating income, Primogems are often regarded as the game’s most prized form of currency.

They can be used to replenish Original Resin, with 60 Resin being restored for 50 to 200 Primogems.

You can trade your Primogems for either Acquaint Fate or Intertwined Fate in Paimon’s Deals, which are located under the Wishes menu. Each item costs 160 Primogems.

Lastly, for 150 Primogems, players can purchase a Battle Pass at each level.

In just a few days, players of Genshin Impact will be able to gather some free Primogems and other rewards. Be sure to snatch them up quickly before they disappear!
