As a seasoned gamer who’s been through the Grand Theft Auto rollercoaster since the days of Vice City and San Andreas, I can confidently say that the anticipation for GTA 6 is reaching its crescendo. With over two decades of gaming under my belt, I’ve come to expect the unexpected from Rockstar Games – the supernatural mysteries they weave into their stories have always been a high point for me.
In a fresh and entertaining manner, the Grand Theft Auto series has consistently dared to embrace the bizarre and outlandish, and with GTA 6 set to up the ante in 2025, fans are eagerly anticipating where the creators will steer the narrative next. With everything from legendary beasts to extraterrestrial beings sporting mushroom-shaped heads, GTA 6 is poised to spark countless conspiracy theories among its players.
In their storyline, Jason and Lucia are likely to rise through the criminal ranks as usual in Grand Theft Auto (GTA). However, don’t miss the opportunity to explore various myths and legends that have been sprinkled throughout our revisit to Vice City. It can be easy to lose focus on the main mission, but it’s these details that truly set GTA apart.
GTA fans ready for supernatural GTA 6
Yall want the supernatural in GTA 6 ?

For over two and a half decades, the Grand Theft Auto series has left fans scouring Reddit threads in search of answers to its enigmatic supernatural elements. Where else would one find a battle between a Bigfoot-like creature and a werewolf reminiscent of Michael J. Fox?
Fans of Grand Theft Auto have been expressing their expectations for GTA 6, speculating about what kind of mysterious, supernatural elements will be featured this time. Reddit user u/Monnomo posed the question whether we’d like to see more mysteries involving monsters in the next installment, and there was a collective enthusiasm for the inclusion of the supernatural.
One cheered, “Cryptids and aliens, please. Give us the alien mothership off the coast. Bermuda triangle sh*t,” while another added, “Broooo imagine like a sea monster, or an actual Bigfoot or like an Everglades swamp monster…. That would be wilddd.”
One individual commented, “Absolutely, Florida is teeming with various cryptids. It’s quite possible they could follow the example set by Battlefield Hardline and make the wildlife extremely aggressive. You might encounter a massive snake carrying a pound of cocaine or similar oddities. Rockstar has always excelled at incorporating such unusual elements into their games.“
As a long-time fan of Rockstar Games, I can confidently say that since Grand Theft Auto III, every game they’ve released has had an eerie, supernatural edge to it. From the creepy mysteries and secrets in Red Dead Redemption to the unsettling undertones in Max Payne, these elements have become a defining feature of their games. It’s this sense of unease that gives their titles such an immersive and engaging atmosphere, making them stand out from other developers in the industry.
As a gamer, I’ve got to admit, with Florida being the third-highest spot for Bigfoot sightings in real life, it’d be quite a shock if ol’ Bigfoot didn’t show up again in Grand Theft Auto V. Now, Rockstar Games has always had a knack for the unusual – from Zombie Elvis in GTA III to Vice City’s Submarine, and San Andreas’ Mr. Trenchcoat, not to mention the Easter Island Coverup in GTA 4. But whatever they’ve done before, it doesn’t even come close to what I’m hoping for in GTA V.
In the event that Grand Theft Auto 6 is released, we expect it to surpass the mysteries presented by the Epsilon Program, Bigfoot, the ghost of Mount Gordo, the Los Santos Sea Beast, and the enigma surrounding Mt. Chiliad. So far, Grand Theft Auto Online has expanded the supernatural elements within the series, and with the developers showing they’re still enjoying themselves by releasing the first trailer, we can only imagine what unexpected elements will be included.
