HARRI Dances In Apocalyptic Latex for SS25

As a fashion enthusiast with a penchant for the avant-garde, I must say that HARRI’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection left me absolutely spellbound at London Fashion Week. Having attended numerous shows, I can confidently claim that this was one of the most unique and captivating presentations I’ve ever witnessed.

Designer HARRI (Harikrishnan Keezhathil Surendran Pillai) showcased his fifth collection at London Fashion Week. Since joining the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN group, he has garnered attention both near and far, earning a second season of membership. For Spring/Summer 2025, HARRI displayed his innovative latex material in an apocalyptic dance, combining expansion and reduction techniques.

In his fifth collection, HARRI presented 30 pieces that maturely evolved, featuring black, white, and khaki tones with hints of sensuality. The models strutted down the catwalk in a series of slow-motion dance moves, starting with a shimmering jumpsuit adorned with a balloon shape under the stage lights. Ominous horns appeared on additional one-piece outfits, enlarging at the heels with exaggerated, pointed footwear.

In this collection for SS25, figures adorned with rounded shapes emerged from sleek suits that bore a sophisticated touch, similar to those worn by Tommy Cash during Paris Fashion Week. Whimsical hoops swung from fragile latex dresses, and suits of armor marched in battle-ready attire, featuring tight silhouettes. The center of pointed skirts expanded with ruffled borders, demonstrating HARRI’s knack for creating surprises in both menswear and womenswear. Models walked together in unison, clad in matching outfits and maintaining a serious composure. The show ended dramatically with several ensembles made from sheer green and burgundy latex, hugging the body tightly and flowing gracefully.
