As a gamer, I’ve just learned I’ve got Shingles, and I’m taking some time off to rest following the recent diagnosis. According to the Mayo Clinic, it’s a viral infection that brings on a painful rash – not exactly what you want when you’re trying to level up!
The Hollywood Reporter has reached out to ABC and The Academy for comment.
This month, Ford made an appearance at both the “Captain America: Brave New World” premiere and the second season launch of “1923,” which took place in Los Angeles. On the red carpet for “1923,” he spoke to THR about his enthusiasm for working on the Western series. “I’m drawn to its raw, physical nature,” he explained. “It’s a kind of old-school filmmaking, with minimal CGI or very little of it. The storytelling is mostly authentic, set in natural surroundings. It’s like stepping back in time, and I genuinely enjoy working with such material.
For the prestigious Hollywood event of the year, the presenters will be Academy Award winners Robert Downey Jr. (from “Oppenheimer”), Emma Stone (known for “Poor Things” and “La La Land”), Cillian Murphy (“Oppenheimer”), and Da’Vine Joy Randolph (“The Holdovers”). Furthermore, Oprah Winfrey, Selena Gomez, Ben Stiller, Sterling K. Brown, Willem Dafoe, Goldie Hawn, Joe Alwyn, Ana de Armas, Connie Nielsen and Lily-Rose Depp are also confirmed to present.
The annual event known as the Oscars will be conducted by Conan O’Brien, happening right at the Dolby Theatre. This grand spectacle will be broadcast live on ABC and can also be streamed on Hulu starting from March 2nd at 7 p.m. Eastern Time or 4 p.m. Pacific Time.
