After discovering a Smoke House, it will be permanently marked on your map for future reference.

Similar to how a restaurant displays its menu, a Smoke House will present you with an assortment of dishes from your inventory. Mark the ones you wish to smoke, then choose them to confirm your selection. Henry will gather those items for preparation, and you’re all set to carry on with your adventure.

How To Dry Food

Your last choice for food preparation is dehydration. Just like Smoke Houses, you will find Drying Sheds on your map when you first discover them. Upon entering, search for the drying rack and hit X/A to begin.
