Standing tall as a formidable adversary, Uth Duna is one of the strongest beasts within the game and can inflict some heavy damage with its attacks. Unlike strategies for defeating other monsters, which aren’t overly complex, dealing with Uth Duna requires more strategic thinking. However, if you successfully conquer it, you will be rewarded with some of the game’s scarcest materials during the early-game stages.

Uth Duna Weaknesses

Hunt for Uth Duna in Monster Hunter Wilds is particularly tough due to several reasons. Firstly, it has very few vulnerable spots, with its mouth being the only one, but hitting this area can be tricky. Secondly, Uth Duna possesses an ability to generate a water shield that diminishes all damage inflicted upon it, increasing the difficulty of defeating it.
