How To Find Every Strangled Adra In Avowed

In the course of enjoying the game Avowed, you’ll notice similarities to numerous open-world games, such as main missions, side activities, and hidden areas filled with unique treasures. Yet, what sets it apart are distinctive landmarks scattered throughout each region.

In one of these notable sites, you’ll find the Strangled Adra landmark. You can check the count for each region on the map as you explore. Interestingly, each major region contains just a single Strangled Adra, but reaching them can be quite challenging.

Dawnshore Strangled Adra Location

On the southeastern side of Dawnshore, close to where you exit toward Emerald Stairs, is where you’ll come across the first Strangled Adra. As you approach the bridge leading to the exit, look to your left and you’ll spot it high up. To reach it, you need to enter the cave beneath the bridge.

Upon entering, take the left route and ascend until you reach the initial main chamber. In this space, initiate the lever, which will grant access to the subsequent room. Upon arrival in the second room, start by clearing the two vines located on your right-hand side before proceeding further. Follow the path unveiled by the second vine and here, detonate a barrel.

Once the wall is removed, feel free to pull the lever which will help you navigate through this room and access the Adra.

Emerald Stairs Strangled Adra Location

The Emerald Stairs Adra is relatively straightforward to locate, as it’s situated at a specific spot. You can easily spot it on the western part of the map, slightly elevated above Tama’s Cabin, and its location becomes highlighted once you step into the area.

Upon arriving at the spot, you’ll simply need to ascend a few stairs, which will give you effortless access to engage with the Adra.

Shatterscarp Strangled Adra Location

As a gamer, I’d say: In the game Avowed, the third region is Shatterscarp. The Strangled Adra you’re looking for is perched atop the Broken Crown Rock, nestled in the north of the Great Sand Sea. Make your way to the top right side of this rock and you’ll spot some steps beckoning you inside. Give them a leap, then hop onto the step on your right, and voila! You’re on your way.

Next, hop onto the little stone on the north side followed by a ledge to your left. Leap over the wall from this spot, grabbing the ledge on the opposite side. Proceed along the path, where you’ll find an opportunity to shatter a fire obstacle to get to the Adra.

Galawain’s Tusk Strangled Adra Location

In the fourth area of Avowed, The Strangled Adra is quite easy to locate. Your quest for it can commence from the first party camp you’re likely to unlock upon entering this region, which is the Sallow Steppe camp. To depart from this camp, face the direction northeast.

Once I step outside, I’ll find towering Adra pillars lining the walls. Just follow the path between these pillars and I’ll eventually stumble upon a Xaurip camp with Adra at its zenith. Overpower the Xaurips there, then scale my way up to it.

The Garden Strangled Adra Location

In the course of completing your primary mission, you will eventually come across the fifth and concluding location known as Strangled Adra, which is situated within The Garden region. As you advance in your quest, you’ll pass the Maegfolc Graveyard, after which you’ll discover a door leading to an inner area, where you can find the Strangled Adra.

As a gamer, here’s my take:

In the vicinity, I’ll eventually reach a tiny door that leads to a pool of water. Diving beneath this pool, I’ll pop out on the other side where I’ll spot two paths. For now, I’m heading down the path on the left, which seems to be leading me towards Adra. Moving forward, I find myself in a tricky situation where I need to construct an ice platform in the water to leap onto a distant ledge.

Follow the edge, then make a leap to reach your ultimate destination, the Strangled Adra.

To get there, traverse the ledge and then perform a jump that will carry you to where the Strangled Adra is located.

Just head along the edge, and then you can take a leap of faith to land at the Strangled Adra.
