As a lifelong Marvel enthusiast who has been fortunate enough to witness the evolution of the MCU, I am beyond excited for Anthony Mackie to take center stage as Captain America in “Brave New World.” Having grown up watching the Hulk on TV and always rooting for the green giant, it’s a dream come true to see him share scenes with one of my favorite characters.

In simpler terms, the Marvel Cinematic Universe (available for streaming with a Disney+ subscription) is an extremely popular collection of films that even big-name celebrities enjoy watching. Fans who have followed the Marvel series over the years will recognize Anthony Mackie, as he has appeared multiple times on both small and large screens. He shares a humorous perspective on his favorite character, The Hulk, but also presents a valid argument.

Information on “Captain America: Brave New World” is scarce, but fans are excited for Anthony Mackie to lead the upcoming Marvel film. Previews of “Brave New World” have revealed Red Hulk, and it seems that Mackie, who starred in “The Hurt Locker,” is a big admirer of the giant green character. Speaking at the Disney APAC Content Showcase (as reported by Deadline), Mackie expressed his long-standing affection for the Hulk.

Without a doubt, the Incredible Hulk stands as my most cherished character ever. Since my childhood days, I’ve held a special fondness for this green giant. I would eagerly tune in to catch his adventures on television. Truly, there has never been another character that captured my heart quite like the mighty Hulk does.

Everyone, including Mackie himself, has their preferred Avengers. Frankly, it’s hard not to appreciate a colossal green character who can hold his own against most combatants! Undoubtedly, Mackie’s inner kid is thrilled about his on-screen encounters with the Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Although I’m an avid fan of the Hulk character portrayed by Mark Ruffalo in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, I’ve had some lingering concerns about him for quite a while now. In a recent interview, I was open and forthright about these longstanding issues with the hero.

Mackie expressed curiosity by saying, “It’s been puzzling me, why did he end up with just his pants on while everything else was removed?” He went on to explain that all of his clothes, including his shirt and shoes, were discarded, but his pants remained, which he found odd.

Some serious points were made. If all of the rest of Bruce Banner’s clothes end up shredded upon transforming into The Hulk, why don’t those signature purple pants do the same? I mean, are they all actually elastic? Even if they were, the green guy is absolutely massive and should logically ruin any of Banner’s pants.

Following numerous years portraying The Falcon, Anthony Mackie will headline the cast in “Captain America: Brave New World.” It will undoubtedly be intriguing to witness these events unfold and how he manages to engage in combat with Red Hulk without having ingested the Super Soldier Serum. This promises to make the action scenes particularly intense, as they’ll likely involve a great deal of aerial combat.

As a die-hard movie buff, I can’t help but get excited about the forthcoming clashes between iconic characters, such as the highly anticipated Avengers: Doomsday crossover event. Personally, I can hardly wait to see Anthony Mackie reprise his role and lock horns with none other than the mighty Hulk once more!
