In the series “The Royals,” Ishaan Khatter shared romantic scenes with Bhumi Pednekar. This television program garnered both praise and criticism in roughly equal amounts. Yet, a few internet users expressed negative opinions about Bhumi’s performance. Recently, Udit Arora, who portrays Kunal Mehta in the show, stepped forward to support Bhumi.
Responding to the criticism faced by the debutant of Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Udit expressed that he has no say in determining what others find appealing or unappealing.
In contrast, the Agni actor lauded Bhumi, commending her talent, skill, and dedication to her craft. Speaking with Zoom, Arora expressed that Bhumi is an exceptionally diligent actress who consistently delivers more than her full effort.
The Tanaav actor expressed, “She is truly exceptional to me and everyone else. It’s not for me to judge people’s preferences. They are free to like or dislike as they wish – one can’t dictate that. We strive for complete integrity in our work, and I firmly believe she has followed suit.
Following the broadcast of the series, Udit posted behind-the-scenes snapshots from it on his Instagram account. In the accompanying text, the actor conveyed his appreciation for being included in The Royals. He wrote, “I’m not just grateful; I’m beyond words. Being a part of The Royals on Netflix has been an incredible adventure – each scene, each take, every moment behind the camera. I couldn’t have hoped for a more wonderful group to travel this road with – what a team!
