As a devoted cinema-goer, I’m thrilled to share that the TV reunion of former “Flip or Flop” stars, Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa, is just around the corner! In the 2025 lineup, you’ll find an exciting new competition series titled “The Flip Off“. This show will have them squaring off in a house flipping challenge, with Tarek’s wife from “Selling Sunset“, Heather Rae, as his partner. I never anticipated that their reunion would involve discussions about Tarek’s bedroom gas issues, but here we are!

As a devoted film enthusiast, it’s no secret that the once married pair, Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa, graced our screens for quite some time during their hit HGTV series, Flip or Flop. However, their marital bliss ended in 2016, but they continued to work together until the off-screen conflicts became unbearable. Now, having moved on and mastered the art of co-parenting their two children, Haack and El Moussa are putting aside their differences enough to face off against each other on The Flip Off.

To be frank, I fully anticipated the usual “Heather and Christina resemble each other so much, not to mention Tarek marrying both of them” remarks during promos or on the show itself once it airs. However, what took me by surprise was the ladies discussing Tarek’s habit of passing gas in bed – quite an unexpected turn of events!

Wow, it seems there’s certainly a lot to unpack here! While the deeper analysis of why men behave in such ways may be best saved for another context, this situation undeniably presents some intriguing points for discussion. As we anticipated, Heidi Haack acting as Tarek’s therapist would lead to an amusing conversation, but I must admit, I didn’t foresee the discussion venturing into such unconventional territory as flatulence and playfully “flinging” it at unsuspecting blonde women he’s married to. Quite an unexpected turn of events!

To put it frankly, I’ve viewed the video multiple times, but I can’t decide whether to chuckle or wince. Actions like flatulence and suffocating your partner under the blankets are clear indications for a divorce and a significant loss of assets for them, at least 70%. If you sniffed it, you essentially took a heavy financial hit, and that’s your fault, mister!

Christina Haack demonstrated that her relationship with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa is going strong by sharing glimpses of their blended family’s Christmas celebration.

Despite any differences, it’s wonderful that the three of them have managed to collaborate harmoniously, not just sharing the screen for filming and friendly competition, but even exchanging humor. This becomes even more notable given that Haack has been involved in a heated divorce with Josh Hall since summer 2024. Originally, Hall was scheduled to appear on The Flip Off, but their relationship ended early during filming, and the series will reportedly depict some of the tension between them.
