io.net partners with Chainbase to advance decentralized AI and data modelling technologies

As a seasoned crypto investor with over a decade of experience in the industry, I find this partnership between Chainbase and io.net to be a game-changer. Having closely followed both projects, it’s evident that their shared vision for decentralized AI and blockchain technologies aligns perfectly.

The partnership will help Chainbase enhance the capabilities of Theia, its crypto world model, and prepare for the launch of its native token, $ICBT.

io.net, a decentralized GPU network, has entered into a strategic alliance with Chainbase, a global leader in omnichain data networking that aims to unify all blockchain data. This collaboration is aimed at improving decentralized artificial intelligence technologies. In this partnership, both companies will exchange benefits on their respective platforms: io.net will provide training data through its network of GPUs to Chainbase, while Chainbase will enhance the AI capabilities for io.net.

In this collaborative venture, the two businesses plan to leverage complementary strengths towards progress in artificial intelligence modeling, ultimately constructing a robust distributed AI and data infrastructure, according to the announcement.

“Tory Green, co-founder of io.net, expressed excitement about their partnership with Chainbase, a fellow organization and team who, like us, strive towards making advanced AI and blockchain technologies accessible to all.”

At the heart of this collaboration lies the goal of enhancing Chainbase’s cryptocurrency framework, Theia. This platform intends to utilize the worldwide network of io.net, the Internet of GPUs (IOG), for extra computational power, benefiting Chainbase. Theia offers a development environment where AI agents can be constructed, enabling these agents to learn from blockchain data and grasp, forecast, and interact with distributed ledgers in novel ways that have not been explored previously within this context.

Furthermore, Green emphasized that the partnership between Chainbase and io.net will bring additional advantages, as he put it:

“In addition to enhancing our connections, this alliance is expected to expedite the implementation of decentralized AI and data technologies in various sectors. We’re excited about assisting Chainbase with their products and tokens, leveraging our IOG and community resources in the future.”

Advancing Theia’s Capabilities And Chainbase’s Omnichain

Chainbaes aims to consolidate all blockchain data into a single, unified network. This is achieved through their open-access and transparent data interoperable platform that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The result is a decentralized AI-empowered economy where everyone can engage, contribute, and be rewarded.

After the partnership, Chainbase will gain a larger amount of data to enhance its AI models, thereby boosting Theia’s efficiency and performance. Theia is a platform that fosters the creation of various applications tailored for the crypto space, such as AI-driven Web3 games, decentralized finance platforms, security measures, social media networks, and asset management tools.

“Working with io.net represents a significant step forward for Chainbase in expanding our AI-focused network,” Chris Feng, Co-founder and COO of Chainbase, commented. “By utilizing IOG’s expansive clusters of GPU resources that can scale efficiently, I am optimistic that we can significantly boost the effectiveness and capacity of our AI-powered solutions.”

Additionally, io.net will help integrate Chainbase’s cross-chain data network into their AI projects within their ecosystem, enhancing the progression towards a decentralized artificial intelligence and data infrastructure.

In summary, the partnership will bring together ideas from both project teams, as engineering personnel from both companies will collaborate closely to expedite Chainbase’s development. This collaboration aims to streamline any potential upgrades or development challenges on Chainbase prior to the release of its native token, $ICBT, slated for this year. Eligible $IO Workers who have staked their $IO tokens will be given the chance to take part in this launch, thereby synchronizing the growth paths of the two networks.
