Is There a New SurrealEstate on Tonight? (April 10, 2025)

In simple terms, the third season of “SurrealEstate” is now airing on SYFY. The story resumes with the Roman-Ireland real estate agency, which has paranormal abilities, a few years after the momentous events that wrapped up Season 2. As before, the team is swamped with work, expelling restless spirits from homes recently listed for sale. However, a new ominous antagonist is lurking in the background, poised to stir up more trouble following the season premiere of Season 3 last week.

The mysterious villain of Season 3, Tyler MacNeil, portrayed by R Austin Ball, started off as an ordinary yuppie in the season premiere. However, it’s becoming increasingly clear that something sinister is at play, as his spirit has been taken over by a wicked soul from the past. The tension between this malevolent entity and Luke Roman, our agency’s steadfast leader with spiritual sensitivity, is palpable, hinting at a history of bad blood between them. Our understanding of the situation isn’t fully clear yet, but we can see that there are deep-seated issues between these two characters.

Is SurrealEstate new tonight? (April 10, 2025)

Absolutely! Catch “Night Terrors,” the recently launched Season 3’s second episode of SurrealEstate, this coming Thursday, April 10, at 9 p.m. Eastern Time, on SYFY.

What to expect from “Night Terrors,” SurrealEstate’s new Season 3 episode

Titled “Buckaroo,” the Season 3 opener of SurrealEstate catches viewers up on the recent developments in the lives of characters like Luke (Rozon), Susan Ireland (Sarah Levy), Zooey L’Enfant (Savannah Basley), August Ripley (Maurice Dean Wint), and the rest of the Roman-Ireland group. Except for Luke, it seems everyone else has moved on to new life phases since Season 2’s finale… however, there’s little time for contemplation as they find themselves in a high-stakes, house-invading confrontation with an old western spirit who refuses to depart without conveying one last message for his kin.

While wealthy rug entrepreneur Tyler, who develops a sinister influence after an isolated fishing excursion, seems to have a peculiar fascination with Luke and the memory of his late father Carl (Art Hindle). His ominous soliloquies hint that Tyler, or perhaps the entity tormenting him, harbors a longstanding grudge against anyone bearing the surname “Roman”.

As a devoted fan, I eagerly await the unfolding of events in Season 3 of SurrealEstate, especially since creator Rozon hinted to SYFY WIR that familial and friendly bonds will be a recurring motif. In his own words, “The group we had [in Seasons 1 & 2] was more than just colleagues; they were a found family, a unique band of individuals who came together to accomplish what others couldn’t.” He added, “Once you find your tribe, you may try to leave, but you’ll always return to the found family because that’s where you belong.” This sense of belonging is what makes SurrealEstate so engaging and keeps us, the fans, eager for more.

No matter what ominous challenges lie ahead, there’s bound to be a generous dose of amusing distractions throughout the journey. Zooey’s eccentric Gen-Z demeanor and Elena Juatco’s fittingly unique characters from Lomax added numerous humorous moments to the Season 3 debut, and it seems we can anticipate many more hilarious detours as the fresh episodes of SurrealEstate unfold. These amusing interludes should help keep things from becoming excessively gloomy as the new season progresses.
