As a seasoned gamer and boxing enthusiast with years of experience under my belt, I must say that the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight was nothing short of a spectacle! While it may not have been a traditional sanctioned match, it certainly lived up to the hype.

Jake Paul has defeated Mike Tyson by unanimous decision with scores 80-72, 79-73, 79-73.

This evening, the long-awaited face-off between the two took place at A&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, marking Iron Mike’s first professional boxing match since his defeat against Kevin McBride in 2005. Interestingly, this fight broke a record for the most significant age gap in professional boxing history, standing at an impressive 31 years. Unlike typical bouts, this one was unique as it consisted of eight two-minute rounds and both Tyson and Paul wore 14-ounce gloves instead of the standard ones used in sanctioned fights.

In the first round, Tyson enjoyed a slight edge due to landing twice out of his five attempts, while Paul managed to land an overhand right. By the third round, Paul stepped up his game with a series of three left hooks, taking control against Tyson. As the fight progressed, it became clear that Tyson’s age was a factor, as he appeared slower than the 27-year-old Paul. By the start of the fourth round, Paul had surpassed Tyson in terms of punches landed and equalized the unofficial score. The final two minutes saw both fighters showing sportsmanship, bowing and touching gloves as the eighth round ended.

Paul’s professional record now stands at 11-1, while Tyson’s is at 50-7.
