As a devoted enthusiast of all things automotive and male lifestyle, I am thrilled to see the meteoric rise of James Pumphrey and Jesse Wood! Their journey from Donut Media to founding Speeed is nothing short of inspiring, and their innovative approach to content creation sets them apart as trailblazers in this space.
James Pumphrey and Jesse Wood, who’ve cultivated a following within the digital automotive sector, have recently been represented by United Talent Agency (UTA).
Pumphrey and Wood created video content for Donut Media, where Pumphrey hosted the well-known weekly series “Up To Speed,” focusing on automotive topics. Later, they parted ways from Donut Media to establish Speed, a fresh enterprise encompassing not just automotive content, but also various male lifestyle brands. This venture debuted in August and boasts a YouTube channel with over 1.16 million subscribers.
The duo will be symbolized through the Creative Practice of UTA in areas such as endorsements, publishing, journalism, and broadcasting, as well as audio production.
As a fan, I’d express it like this: “James and Jesse have shown they can adapt as entrepreneurs in the men’s lifestyle sector with their latest project, Speeed. Their creative methods for content creation make them trailblazers, and I’m excited to see how they continue growing strategically, venturing into fresh territories with their brand.
The Creator studio at UTA, established in 2006, is home to popular content creators such as Emma Chamberlain, the Earle sisters (Alix & Ashtin), Madeline Argy, Charli D’Amelio, Jake Shane, Kai Cenat, and Alex Cooper.
