Today, their speculation proved true as they announced a collaborative track called “Love Hangover,” which features a dreamy and dual-natured delivery from both artists.

The song is accompanied by an equally captivating and cinematic music video, starting with a funeral scene for the BLACKPINK member. In this video, which also features Charles Melton portraying her toxic partner, JENNIE experiences multiple deaths in exaggerated situations like a bowling mishap and a monster attack at a drive-in movie theater.

As a gamer, I can relate to those lyrics. “I might’ve said I’m done with you, but I just can’t quit this game, yeah.” Each time I jump back in, I find myself caught up in this emotional whirlwind. You’ve got me hooked so bad, I’m drowning in feelings. I promised myself I wouldn’t get sucked in again, but here I am, still playing your level. Fike joins the chorus next, spitting his clever rhymes and honesty.
