Louis Vuitton has chosen Jeremy Allen White, who recently won an Emmy for his role in The Bear, to represent their brand as a fresh face for their house ambassadors.
The latest report, announced by Louis Vuitton from Paris on Tuesday, has officially confirmed a high-profile relationship as White was spotted wearing Louis Vuitton attire at both the Met Gala in May and the SAG Awards in February. At the former event, he donned a custom pinstriped three-piece suit in black with pearl buttons, wide-leg trousers, a white shirt, and tie, accessorized with a diamond-studded brooch and a gold Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Monoface Small Seconds watch. At the latter event, he opted for a sleek black three-piece, single-breasted tuxedo without a bow tie.
The designs are attributed to Pharrell Williams, Louis Vuitton men’s creative director, who endorsed White’s position through a statement. He admired White’s understated self-assurance and sincerity, stating that it’s genuine and effortless. At Louis Vuitton, they value authentic individuals who drive culture forward, and White embodies this ideology. We are pleased to have him join our family, he added.
Following his impressive portrayal of Carmen Berzatto on Christopher Storer’s FX series The Bear, White saw significant success, earning numerous awards and securing a role as an ambassador for Calvin Klein. For two consecutive campaigns, he appeared in only his underwear.
Following “The Iron Claw,” he took on a role as Bruce Springsteen in Scott Cooper’s movie titled “Deliver Me From Nowhere.” This film is based on the making of the legendary rocker’s 1982 album “Nebraska” and was written by Scott Cooper, adapted from a book by Warren Zanes. Alongside him in this production are actors such as Stephen Graham, Marc Maron, Gaby Hoffmann, David Krumholtz, Paul Walter Hauser, Jeremy Strong, Odessa Young, and Grace Gummer.
Notable figures associated with the Louis Vuitton brand are Zendaya, Emma Stone, Lisa (from Blackpink), J-Hope (BTS member), Jackson Wang (GOT7 member), Callum Turner, Timothée Adolphe, Léon Marchand, Antoine Dupont (French rugby player), and the Lefort brothers, Felix and Enzo.
