As someone who has been following the Bollywood scene for quite some time now, I must say that the upcoming months are shaping up to be an exciting period for cinema enthusiasts. The trio of Stree 2, Khel Khel Mein, and Vedaa on August 15, 2024, marks the beginning of a series of highly anticipated releases. The cherry on top is the impending release of teasers for some of the most eagerly awaited films like Sky Force, Chhava, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, and Alia Bhatt’s Jigra, all set to drop on Independence Day.

The monotonous period in Bollywood movies is about to wrap up as three significant releases – Stree 2, Khel Khel Mein, and Vedaa – are scheduled for August 15, 2024. Following these, moviegoers can expect a series of major productions gracing the big screen. To make things even more exciting, it’s said that some highly anticipated trailers such as Sky Force, Chhava, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will be unveiled on Independence Day. Additionally, the teaser for Alia Bhatt’s film Jigra has been approved by the CBFC and is expected to follow soon.

According to Bollywood Hungama, the teaser for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has received a U/A certification from CBFC. This short promo, lasting approximately 1 minute and 32 seconds, is expected to be included with Akshay Kumar’s Khel Khel Mein since both movies are produced by T-Series. Similarly, the teasers for Sky Force and Chhava will be paired with Stree 2 as they are also backed by Jio Studios and Maddock Films. The thrilling upcoming film, Jigra starring Alia Bhatt, is preparing to unveil a teaser soon. Reports suggest that the teaser, roughly 2 minutes long, has been given a U rating. While the exact release date of the teaser hasn’t been announced yet, it will be made available shortly.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, a blend of horror and humor, stars Kartik Aaryan as the main character alongside Triptii Dimri, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and others. This film is the third installment in the beloved Bhool Bhulaiyaa series, directed by Anees Bazmee, and will premiere in cinemas on Diwali 2024. On the other hand, Sky Force is an action-packed thriller helmed by directors Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Anil Kapur. The movie features Akshay Kumar as the lead character along with Veer Pahariya, Sara Ali Khan, and Nimrat Kaur, and it’s set to release on October 2, 2024.

Title “Chhava” is a historical drama, starring Vicky Kaushal in the main role alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, and Divya Dutta. The movie will be released on December 6, 2024. On the other hand, “Jigra,” directed by Vasan Bala, has Vedang Raina in it as well. This film is a joint production between Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar and is set to premiere on October 11, 2024.
