Initially, he made his debut in the ABC daytime drama ‘Ryan’s Hope’, portraying Lloyd Lord across six episodes. Subsequently, he landed guest appearances on numerous television shows such as ‘Spenser: For Hire’, ‘Kate & Allie’, ‘Seinfeld’, ‘Murder She Wrote’, ‘Murphy Brown’, ‘Knots Landing’, ‘Hunter’, and ‘Law & Order’.

1989 saw Capodice grace the screen in the series “Moonlighting,” where he played a guest role as a character who had a heart attack while working as a repairman. Later, he made appearances on popular TV shows like “The West Wing,” “Six Feet Under,” and “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

His film career encompassed movies such as Q (1982), Family Business (1989), Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (1994), Speed (1994), Independence Day (1996), and Enemy of the State (1998). Capodice was additionally recognized for his voice acting, lending his voice to the character Sidney Pen in the 2010 video game Mafia II.
