That’s what we’re having tonight. It’s like, before you can get onto the freeway and drive at 65 or 75 miles per hour, there’s a red light.” He continued, “You’re eager to go. You’re prepared to hop on the freeway and speed ahead, but the light never turns green. So you’re stuck there like this, waiting, and thinking, ‘It looks like I can go.’ But the stoplight just keeps staying permanently red.
