Despite losing his house to the wildfires in Los Angeles, actor Joshua Jackson expresses profound gratitude, stating he feels “extremely fortunate.

He stated through his representative that first and foremost, those dearest to him who were impacted by the fire are safe. His daughter, family, and neighbors managed to escape unscathed. Regrettably, his cherished home was not spared from the fires. However, today I feel exceptionally fortunate to be surrounded by the people I hold dear.

The Palisades Fire, starting on Tuesday, scorched Jackson’s home in Topanga Canyon that he purchased back in 2001, covering approximately 23,000 acres.

As a fan, I’m not alone in feeling the devastating impact of these wildfires. Alongside Jackson, Mandy Moore, Anna Faris, Paris Hilton, Bozoma Saint John, Jeff Bridges, Billy Crystal, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, Cary Elwes, Diane Warren, Cameron Mathison, Ricki Lake, Jhené Aiko, and record producer Lou Adler are among the many in Hollywood who have lost their homes too. It’s a heartbreaking reality we’re all facing together.

According to TMZ, it’s been reported that the homes of actors Adam Brody, Leighton Meester, Eugene Levy, John Goodman, and Anthony Hopkins have been destroyed by fire. (The Hollywood Reporter is seeking confirmation from their representatives.)
