Approximately a week post Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2‘s debut on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, we receive positive news. While it’s customary for large RPGs to eventually offer official mod support from developers, it’s not commonplace for this to occur so swiftly after release. In contrast, Baldur’s Gate 3 waited over a year, and Hogwarts Legacy took about two years to introduce official mods following their launches.

Warhorse Studios announced that Bohemia will soon become more thrilling with the arrival of official modding support for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 on Steamworks. Keep an eye out for further updates!

Currently, I’m eagerly awaiting any news about mod support for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 on PC via Steamworks. Unfortunately, there’s been no word from Warhorse Studios regarding the possibility of this feature coming to PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S. Fingers crossed they address our requests soon!

In most games apart from a few by Bethesda and Baldur’s Gate 3, console mod support isn’t common yet. So, it might be best not to expect console mods for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 any time soon. While it’s always possible, it’s also important to note that nothing is guaranteed.
